Heated Flow Yoga with Kerry


Thursdays, 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM

A stronger, more upbeat style of yoga, this class incorporates a series of postures that are cured with breath to build warmth in the body. The room is gently heated to 82-85 degrees to allow the muscles to move more deeply and safely into a state of release with an ultimate sense of overall detoxification. Synchronized breathing relaxes the chatter of the mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout your bodies. Moving from centering to more complex postures through a series of sun salutations, standing balance poses and core specific work. Each class concludes with a relaxing cool down into “Savasana,” the ultimate rest for the body, mind, and spirit.
