• A credit card will be taken at the time you schedule your appointment and will be used for all services and products purchased.
  • Confirmation calls will be made 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.
  • If you feel under the weather in any way please contact us to reschedule. Failure to cancel your appointment may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Please complete the online registration if you are a new client and arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Parking is available behind the spa.
  • All treatment rooms and bathrooms will be sanitized after each guest.
  • The credit card you provided at the time of appointment will be charged for your service. Tips can be paid on your credit card or cash is accepted.
  • If you would like to purchase products, we will assist you prior to check out and charge the card we have for you on file.
  • If you would like to schedule another appointment, our Guest Concierge will be happy to assist you at check out.

  • Five Wellbeing Studio + Spa is Microshield 360 certified. The Microshield 360 System is a multi-step application process that works to immediately kill then prevent future pathogens from living on treated surfaces. It is EPA registered and FDA approved.
  • All employees will be screened, and temperatures will be taken prior to the start of their shifts.
  • Extended time will be scheduled between treatments in order to thoroughly sanitize each room prior to the next guest appointment.
  • Hospital-grade disinfectants are used throughout the spa.
  • All employees, service providers, and guests are required to wear masks when inside the building. Gloves will be worn when appropriate.
  • To ensure the safest possible environment, we are following all COVID-19 health and safety regulations as well as the CDC, OSHA, and International Spa Association (ISPA) guidelines.
  • All employees are required to wash their hands before and after each treatment and regularly throughout the day. As an added protective measure, employees will apply hand sanitizer in the presence of their guests. To ensure safety, guests will also be asked to sanitize prior to the start of each service.
  • Every Five Wellbeing employee is required to complete a sanitization course prior to returning to work.
