Restorative Yoga with Tori

Mondays, 10:30 am to 11:30 am

Conscious relaxation that focuses on dropping into yourself and allowing your body to truly relax through the use of propped positions held for longer periods of time. The practice of calming the mind and nervous system enabling you to turn inward increasing awareness to areas of resistance in your body and focus on your breath. This style of yoga can be very healing while encouraging the body to nourish and repair tissue.
