Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Emily

Saturdays, 10:30 am to 11:30 am

A stronger, more upbeat style of yoga, this class incorporates a series of postures that are cued with breath to build natural heat in the body. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes the chatter of the mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout our bodies. The practice moves from centering to more complex postures through a series of sun salutations, standing balance poses and strength work. Concluding with a relaxing cooldown.
