Signs of spring are starting to emerge and I am beginning to feel motivated to start doing what is necessary to get things organized and flowing in my life again. This season personifies the beauty that exists in change. After the cold, dark days of winter, where everything was dormant, spring arrives and reminds us its time for things to grow and blossom again.

We are four months into 2022, so let us not forget what we intended at the New Year. Now is the time to reconnect and prioritize the things we want to have manifest in our lives, the things that most support our wellbeing.

I have had some wonderful things happen at the spa recently just by creating some small changes. It is amazing how small changes create big rewards.  What are you inspired to create?

One thing I was inspired to do was to begin doing to a daily meditation, guided by New York Times bestselling author and speaker, Dr. Joe Dispenza. If you’re not familiar with his work, he is a neuroscientist and world-renowned authority on the power of the mind-body connection. He teaches that in order to align with what you want to create, you must first embody it emotionally. The meditation I do is on abundance. The process is all about allowing your body to feel what it would be like to have the abundance you want ahead of the actual experience.

It has been feeling so good to me and I think a lot of the things that I have been creating recently are the result of just feeling and being in abundance.  If you would like to try this meditation, here is a link to his Youtube version.

Here are the basic guidelines of this meditation:

  • Identify what you want to have manifest in your life.
  • Imagine what it will feel like when it becomes a reality, really feel it.
  • Align with that outcome by practicing the feeling and being that which you wish to create.

On a final note, I am excited to announce that over the next few months we will be creating and working on the expansion of Five Wellbeing to bring more services for you to enjoy – so please stay tuned.

I hope this note inspires you to further your self-care and wish you a very happy and healthy Easter and Passover!
