Appointment time and arrival time are two different things
We believe a visit to Five Wellbeing Spa is a commitment to your overall state of well-being. Therefore, we ask that you arrive a minimum of 20-minutes prior to your first appointment to allow time for you to check-in, change into your robe and chill a bit.
What you should bring from home
The spa offers a serene atmosphere to rest, relax and rejuvenate so feel free to bring a good book or journal.
If you need to cancel your spa appointment, please call at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Not doing so will result in the full charge of the booked service(s). If you are running late, you have the option of either maintaining the appointment as scheduled and using the time left for your service or rescheduling.
To maintain relaxation, quiet and the privacy of all our guest, we do not permit the use of a mobile phone or its camera feature in the spa.
Guests must be at least 12 years of age to enjoy spa services. Written consent of a parent or guardian must be provided, and the adult must be present in the treatment room during the service. For modesty reasons, we ask that teens where a bathing suit or shorts and tank top during their services.
If dissatisfied with any retail products purchased and if within 30 days of purchase, they may be exchanged. If you prefer, a credit can be given in the form of a Five Wellbeing Spa gift card.
